Keep your own notes and reminders in one place, turn a job into an animated LinkedIn post, walk into every interview with a brief ready, and find what you need faster on calmer candidate and company pages.
Sticky wall
- Your private notes and reminders. The new Sticky wall, under Calendar, holds notes and reminders only you can see. Type a time in words, like "Tuesday at 10" or "tomorrow 3pm", or pick a day and time, and it becomes a reminder. Otherwise it's a note.
- Everything in one place. Reminders you set anywhere in Agentiv now land on the wall. Filter by reminders, notes, from Agentiv or done, then snooze, edit or tick them off.
- Email when due. You get an email when a reminder comes due.
- Where you work. Candidate and company pages and sequence boards show your stickies for that record, and reminders you ask Ask Agentiv to set land on the wall too. Turn a sticky into a team note on the candidate or company when it's ready to share.
- Labels. Stickies use six labels, like Follow up, Urgent and Client, that share colours with your calendar. Rename them to suit your team, and filter the wall by label.
- Dated notes become reminders. Add a date to a company or contact note, and a reminder sticky lands on your wall for that day.
- Share with teammates. Stick a sticky on a teammate's wall and they get a notification. Drag stickies to reorder them, and change their colour from the menu.
Post generator
- Animated LinkedIn posts. The new Post generator in the Library turns a job, your brand kit or a blank card into a post, and exports it as an image, GIF or video. Open it from the advert builder with the job filled in.
- A home for your posts. Start from a blank canvas, an open job, a job, hiring, event or news post, a template or a picture. Pick up any saved design where you left off, grouped by job, type or person.
- Scenes and motion. Build a post from up to four scenes, each with its own layout, light or dark theme and text entrance, over one of many moving backgrounds. Agentiv can draft the words for you, keeping them short when you ask and leaving out pay and perks unless you want them.
- A full canvas editor. A tool rail on the side and a toolbar over whatever you select. Drag, resize and rotate elements, hold Shift to select several and group them, style selected words, and use gradients and transparency. The editor fills the page, the canvas pans and zooms, the background keeps playing while you edit, and you can undo as you go.
- Your brand library. Place pictures from your brand library or upload new ones, and save named posts as templates for your workspace.
- Posts for clients. Agencies can post a client's job with the client's logo and name, and the agency credited in the footer.
Interviews
- A brief before every interview. Agentiv now writes a brief ahead of each interview: how the candidate fits the job, talking points, gaps to probe and what came up in earlier stages. Open it from the Brief button on the job's interviews and the candidate's rounds, or the Brief tab in the interview studio. The reminder email before an interview includes the talking points.
Candidates
- A simpler candidate page. A flat header and three tabs: Profile, Jobs & scorecards, and Activity. Notes now live in Activity, a calm feed grouped by day that you can filter by notes, messages, scorecards and changes.
- Verdict first. Scorecards lead with one verdict and score chip, and rating bars replace stars.
- Cleaner slide-outs. Candidate slide-outs in Talent and Search are now one scroll, with no tabs.
Companies
- A redesigned company page. A new header, a main column and a properties rail on the side.
- One compare card. "How they compare" brings the comparison and talking points into one card. Agencies can pick which client, prospect or company to compare against.
- Company names in hover cards now link to the company page.
- Companies with little information get filled in when you compare them, and suggested contacts come from your own country.
Scheduling
- One link per job and interviewer. Job booking links collapse into one card where you pick the job and interviewer. The same link works across stages, and a booking files the interview at the candidate's current stage.
Sequences
- Instant accept. When someone accepts your LinkedIn request, they move on to the next step straight away. The email fallback now waits three weeks instead of seven days.
- Column rules. Each column on the board says what it does, whether it runs on its own, asks you first or is yours to handle. Click a column heading to edit its message, wait time and ask-first setting.
- Mark as sent. Mark a message as sent for someone who has accepted your request, or drag them from Connected to Messaged.
- Better drafts. Outreach, sequence and business development drafts now avoid stock phrases like "I came across your profile" and "just checking in".
Billing
- Clearer plan changes. Adding seats or moving up a plan takes effect today, and you see the charge before you confirm. Removing seats or moving down a plan happens at your next renewal, and you can undo it until then.
- Switch billing period. Move between monthly and annual billing from Settings.
Job adverts
- A simpler builder. The advert builder now has one side panel for building, design, the apply form and publishing, with a cleaner toolbar. The desktop preview fits your screen, and a + under any section adds a block right after it.
- Choose a white or colour logo for the advert footer.
Insights
- Download all your share cards as one looping GIF, or post a card to LinkedIn straight from Insights.
Ask Agentiv
- When there's a new release, a short card above Ask Agentiv tells you what's new, once.
Lists
- A redesigned talent list. Email and phone columns you can show or hide, and list actions in the page header with details in a side panel.
- Reveal contacts in bulk. Select people to reveal their contact details, add them to a sequence, export them or take them off the list. Adding to a sequence offers to reveal contacts first.
- The Add to talent list menu in Search now looks and works like the one everywhere else.
Everywhere
- Row checkboxes are easier to see in both light and dark mode, and you can drag to scroll a wide table from almost anywhere in it.
- Insights moved to the account menu, and the dashboard shows the time you've saved this month.
