Lists are now the one place to gather people and companies, and any list can start a sequence that begins on LinkedIn.

Lists

  • Talent lists. Talent pools are now talent lists, and dynamic pools are now smart lists. Prospect lists are now company lists and live under Clients. Talent and Clients fold out in the sidebar to show your lists, and old links still work.
  • Company lists on Clients. Pick a company list from the dropdown on the Clients page to see just those companies.
  • Add to a sequence. Add the people on a talent or company list to a sequence in one step.
  • Export. Download any list as an Excel file, or open it straight in Google Sheets or Excel Online.
  • Columns your way. Resize and reorder list columns.
  • One Add to talent list menu. Every Add to talent list menu, on rows, profiles and selection bars, now looks and works the same.
  • Ask Agentiv. Saving an Ask Agentiv answer now makes a private talent list. Links to older saved answers still open.

Sequences

  • LinkedIn first. Sequences started from a list begin with a LinkedIn invite. The message sent once someone accepts waits for your approval, and email follows after seven days if there's no reply. People you're already connected to are marked as warm.
  • A board for every sequence. The Sequences page opens on a board, with a switcher in the breadcrumb and a Needs you filter for anything waiting on you.
  • Contact slide-out. Click a contact to see their career history and the conversation side by side, with Agentiv's notes, team notes with @mentions and reminders.
  • Booking link. Each business development sequence can have its own booking link, set when you create it or in the sequence's settings.

Job adverts

  • Adverts now show up properly in Google's job search.
  • Show or hide the salary in the advert's hero.
  • Add a contact person and a block with your other open roles.
  • Share the advert from the hero, and invite people to join your talent community.
  • Videos load only when a visitor clicks play.

Everywhere

  • Click and drag to pan across wide tables.
  • The collapsed sidebar now keeps favourites at the end, with thin dividers between groups.

Dashboard

  • Job row shortcuts now line up in their own column.

Taxonomy

  • New specialism: Master Data / MDM Engineer, under Data & Analytics.
