> Offers with approval chains, branded candidate emails, seat types and a team page on our website.

Offers now run end to end in Agentiv, from terms and approvals to signature, and the emails your candidates get carry your brand.

### Offers

- **Offer sheet.** Send offer opens a sheet on the candidate's profile: role, dates, salary or a range, pay period, bonus, equity and a letter template with a live preview. Send it for signature from there, and the link expires with the offer's deadline. Terms lock once the offer is sent.
- **Approval chains.** Admins set up offer approvals in Settings. Request approval from the offer sheet, and approvers approve or reject it, with reminders and bell notifications along the way. Changing pay, bonus or equity can restart the chain.
- **The whole lifecycle.** Withdraw or revise an offer from the sheet. If a candidate declines, the offer is marked declined with their reason, and sent offers expire once their deadline has passed. The pipeline shows Awaiting approval, Not approved, Offer declined and Offer expired, and offer events appear on the candidate's timeline.

### Emails

- Offer emails, application receipts and calendar invites now use the same calm, branded style as the rest of Agentiv's emails, in light and dark mode.

### Seats

- Admins can choose each person's seat: full, interviewer or client. Hiring managers and interviewers start on an interviewer seat.

### Jobs

- Jobs created from a job description always get a category, specialism and seniority, even when Agentiv doesn't recognise the title. If the description names a client company, the job is linked to it.

### Job adverts

- The job advert builder now matches the rest of the app's calmer look.

### Everywhere

- You can select and copy text anywhere in the app again. Right-click highlighted text to get your browser's Copy menu.
- AI features are more reliable.

### Dashboard

- Job titles in the Jobs card stay readable on narrow cards. Shortcuts and extras step aside as the card gets smaller.

### Website

- **Meet the team.** A new team page introduces the founders and founding advisors, with a founders strip on the home page.
- The home page hero gets a soft glow under the app, and the beam plays once the app has appeared.
- The product tour has a new fit card and a light "Miss no one" slide, and fills its frame.
- The roadmap shows connectors on the horizon: your own AI assistant, HR systems, and documents in Drive and OneDrive.

### agentiv.md

- The brand page shows the app's calmer colours and real components, in light and dark mode.
